Checkpoint 1: Problem + Vision (15 min)

Define the pain: What problem? Who has it? World better if solved?

Outcome: Tight 1-sentence problem/solution + motivating vision.

Checkpoint 2: Users, Market, Competition (15 min)

Profile users, discovery channels, existing players.

Outcome: User personas + market/competitor overview.

Checkpoint 3: VTDF – Value / Tech / Distribution / Finance (20 min)

Breakdown:
